Please could someone tell me if my levels are adequate. I was told they are normal but I am not sure.
Vit D serum level 95nmol/L Serum Folate 8.7ug/L Serum Ferratin 36 ug/L. Also someone mentioned using iron cookware may help as iron leeches into the food whilst cooking!!

Pepekins, vitD is optimal but you might want to maintain the level by supplementing 2,500iu D3 until April.
Folate is adequate but a B Complex vitamin will maintain/improve level.
Ferritin 36 is very low. Halfway through range is optimal and >100 desirable. Supplement iron taken with 500mg-1,000mg vitamin C to aid absorption and minimise constipation.
Iron and vitD should be taken 4 hours away from Levothyroxine.
Cast iron cookware or the Cambodian iron fish can be helpful in raising iron/ferritin levels in people who don't tolerate iron supplements.

Londinium, anyone eschewing the sun will probably need to supplement all year. People who are able to get some sun on their face and hands a few hours a week may not need to supplement.
