This might be helpful to people who can't tolerate iron supplements.

Extract:

Blood testing of the users showed a 50 percent decrease in the incidence of clinical iron deficiency anemia and an increase in users’ iron levels after nine months.

J_bee, I first heard of iron fish a few months ago from another member who had ordered one. I stopped using a cast iron casserole dish years ago because I didn't like the taste of the iron which leached into food.
