Arugala, stopping T4 last night isn't likely to be why you can't move today. The last T4 dose you took will be in your system for 7-8 days and you have increased NDT by half a grain which will top up T4 and T3 to compensate.
ok, i didnt take another dose, im just on the one grain per day. i feel a little better at the moment, i guess the very second day on NDT i felt awesome and awake and great, but after i started to feel hypo again, im thinking its because i took the dose all at the same time that second day and then i decided to split it into two times a day half dose each.
thank you for responding it really helped me to feel better, im on my way to work and it just makes me feel good to know you guys all have my back, more than you know.
Arugala, some people are better with once daily dosing but others find it better to split into 2 daily doses to even out the T3 peaks. There's no right or wrong way. Fiddle around a few days each way to see which best suits you.
I'm glad you feel well enough to get to work
im definately undermedicated, this makes no sense, i took a whole grain today i feel nothing, no levo last night, ive been on this for a couple of weeks, should i be taking a grain and a half now? im exhausted this morning and i took my whole grain like an hour ago.
I was on NDT for awhile before returning to synthetics... the first time I had tried NDT I felt great but then had some awful symptoms, so I returned and ultimately tried again with much better luck. A couple of things I learned was that spacing out the dose(s) helped immensely due to the T3 spikes. Also, my doctor went by a conversion chart that was to process how much of NDT would compensate for my T4 amount; this did not end up being correct and I, too, was underdosed until I saw a doctor that was experienced with NDT.
