Dear Eliara

Are you taking any other medication besides LT?

What is your resting heart rate?

When you switched back to LT, what dosage did you start from?

I would suggest talking to your doctor about it.

I take same LT. I started with 50mcg and increased by 25mcg, now Im at 150mcg LT. At the moment I dont take any other meds or suppliments, but I took quite many suppliments previously.

My heart rate is fine now, abot 60-70.

What dose of Levo have you been on these last 3 weeks? Have you gone back to the same brand of Levo or has it changed?

Are you optimal with vitamins & minerals? What supplements do you take if any?

If you have any latest results post them and members can help you.

I started with 50 mcg levo and increased by 25mcg. Now I take 150mcg. It is same brand. Maybe I had to increase more slovely.

I took suppliments some time back, in blood test vitamins are normal as much I took.

Well, now Im just 3 weeks on levo, and have no blood test fir it.

On ndt my ft4 was 5% and ft3 36%. But I coulndt increase ndt due to throat pain.

Have you been diagnosed with Hashimoto’s? Sometimes NDT doesn’t agree with autoimmune hypothyroidism. Or, it may just be that your specific NDT didn’t suit you.

I tried 2 NDT brands, same with both. I guess, for me T3 is too much in NDT, thats why throat pain, but of course can be another reason.

I have no thyroid, I had TT 10 years back, and I donno if I have hashimoto. My anti values are in ranges.

I understand. My friend had a TT and was doing really poorly on levo only, so she tried NDT. Sadly she could not tolerate it, like you.

She switched to combination treatment of levo and a smidge of T3 and is doing great. Perhaps it’s something you should look into?
