I've got TSH between 3.6 & 4.6 & cortisol that is also within range but which is low in the morning & high at night. I've booked to see Dr Peatfield in the hope of him having some suggestions to help me get 'out of the fog!!'

I also have polycystic ovaries, low B12 & elevated homoscyteine.

Has anyone else had similar & seen him?
