can anybody recommend a good nhs endo around Derbyshire/Manchester area ????

Christina, email louise.warvill@thyroiduk.org.uk for a list of member recommended endos. Not sure what you mean about the need for 'open mind' to T4, T3 and NDT. Most will prescribe according to protocols, ie blood results, and not all will prescribe T3 or NDT. Check with their secretaries prior to booking.

its a long story , seen 2 endos on nhs , drs skinner and dr peatfield , was ok on nature thyroid , but because of cost they put me on hennings , now im back to feeling rubbish they putting me back on nature but want me to see and endo because they don't know how to read the blood results from ndt

Christina, I haven't seen the list so I don't know whether or not there is any indication as to endos who do/don't prescribe NDT. Check with their offices before you book or arrange a referral.

If there's anyone on the list who looks promising you can post a question naming them and you can ask for feedback via private messages.
