I have antibodies of 540. I'm alternately hyper and hypo. . I MUST sort this out soon, as the cancer in my breast, removed 5 weeks ago, has spread to my lymph nodes.

I'm sorry that you are going through such a worrying time. Also I am not able to help you with a good Endo. However it may help you to take a look at.....

grassrootshealth.net

Go onto the Home Page and scroll down - and just above the first video it says - Carole Baggerly Interview Breast Cancer. It's about low levels of VitD which are normally low when we are poorly. She also feels that it assisted her recovery. Do hope its helpful. The site looks a little old fashioned - but so full of valuable information....

Have a friend who was Hyper and had breast cancer - she is doing just fine and comes to my yoga class.....and still reading my book - The Vitamin D Solution !

Do hope everything goes well for you and take good care....

I am also sorry about your news as it is a very worrying time for you. If you email louise.warvill@thyroiduk.org she has a list of NHS Endos or private doctors.

Sorry I doubled up on you Shaws .....as I submitted my message yours came up! however,I do hope we are able to help archipoeta53.

I'm so sorry to hear of your health worries .If you contact committee member Louise Warville she has a list of Endos .I recently gave her the name of one in Essex whom I have seen and would recommend.I do hope this might help. X

Hi Archi

I was diagnosed too with bc in may 2012. I was Straight out of all treatment and after wondering why I was not picking up like other ladies i know, Dr diagnosed me with Chronic fatigue syndrome. I couldn't accept this, so I went private (after bc I dont want to spend yrs laying on sofa!!) and discovered i am hypothyroid. I got Dr P's details off the list Louise from Admin on this site sent me. I am in slow process of recovery, but there is definitley improvement so ask for the list. I can recommend him. Only thing is I had to travel to Crawley near Gatwick from Northamptonshire to see him but I was cesperate

Will do. Thanks. Fiona

seems like treatment for cancer, chemo and/or radiotherapy will impact on Thyroid too. I have two friends who've come through it, but now face Thyroid problems afterwards, just to say you're not on your own with this worry, but not enough knowledge to be of much help, I hope others will chip in, with very best wishes Jane xx

Thanks. Scared crapless. Don't mind dying, afraid of being too exhausted to support myself working.
