Well we shall see how I get on. My new Endo here is continuing my T3 treatment that was started in Scotland. I am on 10 mg three times a day. I usually take it 9am, 2pm and 7pm ish. I set my alarm for it.
Apparently my blood tests that were taken at the time suggest I should be taking a bit more. I dont have a copy of these recent ones yet.
Been doing this since and have noticed less palpitations and some easier weight loss although very gradual.
Is anyone else on 30 a day of T3. I have Hashimotos by the way.....and do not convert just thyroxine it makes me feel terrible when I took it for a year. So we will see if taking more helps.
Wish me luck x

Its great that your endo is prepared to keep the T3 going when you feel better on it. Do you still take T4 as well?
I have Hashi and am on 20mcg T3 + 50 mcg T4 and feel so much better. I had a jumpy heart for four years when on T4 alone and it settled down on the second day of adding the T3.
