Your TSH could be lower but your T4 is so low I doubt you can convert to sufficient T3. Reallyfedup has given a good response re your other results too.
Thank you Shaws. I'm not sleeping that is can't get to sleep and if and when I do I'm sleeping half the day. Swollen face and joints, terrible stiffness and weight gain. Sluggish and chronic constipation.
You definitely need a new blood test and increase in medication, I am sure.
When you make appointment, leave approx 24 hours between levo and test and also fast and have it as early as possible.
It would be good if doctor could do a Free T3 blood test, as you should be converting sufficient T4 into T3 but as your T4 is high, I don't think it is converting to T3. Ask your GP for FT3 blood test. He may not do it or lab (if in UK) might refuse if TSH is 'normal' so you might have to get your own. We need T3 in all of our receptor cells for us to function. Your symptoms should be noted. Some of us have something (I have no doubt doctors do not know this) called Thyroid Hormone Resistance which means it's difficult for us to get it into our cells.
