Hi again - I posted my FT3, TSH and T4 results earlier and Clutter has very kindly commented but could the experts also please comment on these. With my high FT3, low T4 and suppressed TSH I was wondering if I should be supplementing - I'd love to try and get everything optimised (wouldn't we all) to start feeling normal.
Ferritin 53 (15-300)
Vit B12 479 (150-900
Folate 8.4 (>3)
Thanks in advance.

Hi Terri, ferritin is optimal half way through range so supplement iron and take each tablet with 500mg-1,000mg vitamin C to aid absorption and minimise constipation. Iron must be taken 4 hours away from Levothyroxine.
B12 <500 can cause neuropathy so I'd supplement 500mg-1,000mg methylcobalamin sublingual lozenges, spray or patches daily to boost it up to the top of range. Take a B Complex vitamin to keep the other B vits balanced and that should boost up your folate too.
Some people over convert t4 and you may be one of them. If you feel hypo after lowering, you could go back up as labs do not show how your cells are using this.
Thanks for the reply Faith - not sure what's going on at the moment - TSH always suppressed since taking T3 which was fine as I felt great but now although still suppressed, all the old symptoms are back again.
