Recommendations please for a book explaining Underactive Thryroid

Thinking it might be useful if I was to buy a book to help me understand what is/has happened to my body now I have an Underactive Thyroid. I don't want to buy one that is too technical and uses medical jargon that I will not understand. Do you have any suggestions please?

Hello there, I bought an e book that was helpful to me when I was diagnosed. If I can figure out how to send it (I'm a technical genius...NOT). I will send to you if it will help? I've no idea how to do t though....but at some point between now and death I can try?

Hi Northie, could I be a cheeky monkey and ask if you would send me a copy too? I have just been diagnosed as hypothyroid also and could do with a book on the subject that I didn't have to borrow from the library!
