Some of them look a little weird to our English eyes, but some have me drooling. Like the chocolate cake - and I Don't even like chocolate! Let me know how it goes if you try any. It'll be a while before I get around to cooking again.

Well, just let's say, I'm very fussy about my chocolate, and even with the very best, I have to be in the mood. Most chocolate cakes leave me cold.
I dislike most chocolate. But, to be fair, there is a milk chocolate bar with almonds in, that they sell in Aldi that is to die for! Not a well-known name, but very good.
Oh yes, one should always be fussy about one's chocolate! I'm partial to Lindt 90% and G&B 85%, but the price of each leads to rationing. 
I avoid sugar, so I don't often eat milk chocolate, but an occasional bar of G&B 34% goes in a flash.
As for chocolate cake, it's so difficult to get it right, but a cafe I used to visit (now closed, sadly) served one which contained no flour, only ground almonds, butter, a little sugar and a lot of dark chocolate and cocoa. It too was to die for! Drools while staring into the middle distance... The recipe came from the owner's nephew, a well-known TV chef/foodie. I thought about begging for the recipe, but decided it would be undignified.

Use Virgin Coconut oil, and nothing else to fry with.
