Juan, try taking the vitamins with breakfast and then you'll work off the energy during the day. If that doesn't work try taking them alternate days.

Yah I think I should try that

It is recommended that B vitamins are taken before 1pm.

I take 1 at breakfast and perhaps another at lunch but never any later.

A post a few days ago reckoned Centrum contained much that was bad for you in fillers etc.and some cheap versions of vitamins. It said it is made by a large pharmaceutical company.

I have been told by a Nutritionist to take vitamins in the morning to wake you up and minerals at night to help you sleep.

But wouldnt it interfere with my levothyroxine ?

JuanGonzalez, take supplements 2 hours away from Levothyroxine except for iron, calcium and vitamin D which should be 4 hours away.
