Iron / Ferritin blood results?

Hi there, I'm confused by my latest Iron results:

Serum Iron level: 13.0 umol/L

Serum TIBC: 61.8 umol/L

Serum Ferritin: 142 ug/L

Doctor says normal, but I think the iron level might be low and the Ferritin too high, causing / a sign of inflammation.

Any comments would be appreciated.

Hi You should have the transference % with the iron, this is absorption and important.

I don't know what any of this means, but this is the only information given:

Serum iron level 13.0 umol/L 11.00 - 36.00 umol/L

Serum TIBC 61.8 umol/L 53.00 - 85.00 umol/L

Serum Ferritin 142 ug/L

Ferritin Reference Range:

Pre Menopausal 14 - 148 ug/L
