Does anyone know the reason for getting missed heartbeats as I am getting them a lot now .my bloods were T4 16.1 ,TSH 0.02 T3 5.3 , I do get tired but my energy is good most of the time ,my iron,B12 andVit D are all fine .

Maggie, ectopic heart beats are common in hypothyroidism. They may calm down when you've been optimally medicated for a while. Your results above look good and you appear to be optimally medicated.
