Hello all, I'm trying to buy nature throid but found the conversion table a bit confusing. I'm on combo T4 100mcg and T3 20mcg, which seems to be 2 1/2grains? But the capsules come In different strengths. Which one would be better? Is it all right to cut them in half? Thank you

Brubru, You are taking the equivalent of 160mcg T4. 1 grain NDT is equivalent to 75-100mcg T4 so you will need 2 to 2.25 grains. It's fine to cut down larger tablets.

Clutter!!! Clutter!!! Always on the ball and so quick. Thank you. I've done a lot of reading over the weekend, and fingers crossed this will help improve my symptoms even further but I found all confusing so now feels better to buy and cut it as needed. Thank you

Nature Throid are easy to break. I originally bought 2 grain tablets and there's no problem with breaking them into nice even quarters (half grain per quarter). But I did also buy some half grain tablets as I wanted to be able to take quarter grains while working up to my optimal dose.
