Hi nice peeps.

As you know I have been sorting my own medication due to not being able to get an appointment.

Now got latest blood test results.

Tsh 1.56

T3 4.9

T4. 15

Sorry no ranges.

Can you comment please.

Duster, If you feel well TSH 1.56 is fine. If you remain symptomatic a slight dose increase should help. Most people are comfortable with TSH just above or below 1.0.

Without ranges and knowing what medication you are taking and how long you've been taking it I can't interpret FT4 and FT3. You can ring the pathology lab at the hospital which analysed your bloods for the ref ranges.

Thanks clutter. The receptionist was very reluctant to even give me the numbers.

Changed my medication in December as I was feeling so unwell.

Was on 10mg of carbimazole and 75mg of thyroxine and was feeling awful.

Tsh was 3.46.

Posted on here and all you good people suggested cutting down the carb, which I did.

I feel very well now so thank you all.

Just asked on here for reassurance really.
