Copper dysregulation at the root of our problems?

I haven't yet listened to the whole of this podcast, let alone fully digested what is being said, but it seems this guy Morley Robbins is saying that many of our problems may be down to problems with copper (and he is an expert on magnesium too) and that iron supplementation might not be the way to raise ferritin!

Very interesting. I've listened to this twice now and also the other podcast on magnesium. I haven't found part 2 for the podcast you've posted.
