The TSH is fine but your B12 could be higher. Even though it is in the middle of the range, it is better if it is higher. You can supplement with B12 methylcobalamin (not cyanocobalamin) and it is in either sublingual or spray whichever suits you.

The main point when on thyroid hormones is how you feel, and the doctor shouldn't mess about with the dose if you feel well otherwise it upsets our metabolism and we feel bad or get new symptoms.
Naveed, TSH is a little under range but if you feel well on your current dose I wouldn't reduce it. I agree with Shaws that you should supplement B12, particularly if you are vegetarian and have stopped the B12 injections. 1,000mcg daily should be enough.
TSH is irrelevant. A very bad, useless test once you are on Thyroid Hormone Replacement. What counts are you frees - FT4 and FT3 - and your symptoms. Don't ever agree to your doctor lowering your dose according to the TSH.
Have you ever had a test for you free T4? Are you feeling well, naveed?
Yes, B12 could be higher.
