What symptoms do you have and what medication are you taking?

Hi.

I am dizzy all the time, got horrible sinusitis had it for 18 weeks, hair keeps going dry and horrible, irregular periods, ibs, anxiety and the odd hot flash. I get muscle aches to. Im only 28.

I was sterilised which caused ptls and i had it reversed which has fixed an awful lot of my issues thankfully but still bothered with the above problems.

Hello, I had most of those symptoms earlier this year prior to being diagnosed with Hashimotos. I had chronic sinusitis and dizziness for three months. My GP suggested I tried the Epley maneuver for the dizziness. If you Google this with You Tube, it will show you what to do. It certainly helped relieve the dizziness. I hope it helps.

Those all sound low to me - do you have the ranges?

I thought that to but gp said b12 should be 200-1100. Im clearly at the lower end haha iron levels should be 12 i think and im 11.5 not sure about ferritan.

This is the problem because you show in range they say your fine its rubbish. I had to get b12 injections in the past during one of my pregnancys.

Over 500 is necessary for B12 to avoid neurological symptoms. Try Jarrow formulas sublingual B12 5000 iu and try to get it over the top of the range. Ferritin needs to be about 70, if the GP won't prescribe you can get Ferrous Fumerate from Lloyds Pharmacy (and probably others) without a prescription or just try something like Floradix.

Have you tried eliminating either gluten/gliadin or dairy products from your diet? Food allergies can cause sinus pain.

Not what you're looking for?
