Have tried to read the intro of Chapter 19 but it was rather long and my concentration is not at its best at 3pm - siesta time in 35 degrees I am interested in Magnesium so will attempt to read it again. Does it say anywhere in the book about the best Magnesium to take ? I have been taking liquid Manesium Pidolate in a glass phial daily - in a little water. Prescribed by my GP here in Crete for muscle spasms I think Cannot find out anything about it....

don't think they suggest which magnesium, there are so many. I take this. Dr Carolyn Deans.
