I need to supplement with the following things ... either very low or below range. Can people recommend the form or particular brands that they have found to work well.
Iron
Magnesium
Folate
Vitamin D
Zinc
Plus I would like to superdose with Vitamin C ...

I've been using a supermarket chewable vitamin C 1,000mg, zinc 15mg and magnesium oxide 300mg. Mag oxide is not easily absorbed and chelate, citrate or glycinate would be better. Vitamin D3 softgel caps 5,000iu currently Doctor's Best from Amazon but have used ProD3 and Now. I used Solgar B1, B2 and B6 but am now using a supermarket B complex. I was prescribed folic acid but methylfolate is better absorbed. Ferrous fumarate is often recommended for iron supplementation.
