In my non-medical opinion your B12 is not OK. It needs to be near the top of the range. I do not know your age but to prevent cognitive decline in the elderly Sally Pachlok says that 1000 is the level needed. In Japan the range STARTS at 500 and goes up to 1300. Only 20% of the B12 in your result will reach the cells where it is needed. Sadly B12 deficiency is little understood by the medical profession.

The above link will tell you all you need to know about B12 - yes lots of reading - but then you will know more than your GP and may decide to take action for yourself.....
As your stored Iron is also LOW - then perhaps further testing is needed.... Pernicious Anaemia ?
Type B12 into the Search Box on the Green Bar and see what comes up. Anything written by hampster1 is well worth a read - excellent knowledge and has helped me so much.
Keep asking questions
Thanks Marz I wonder if this and the low vit D could be the reason I feel so bad, I have been for another blood test today to see how my TSH is after 6 weeks on a slightly increased dose of Levo up from 150mcgs to 175mcgs I had trouble staying awake in the waiting room and now have been dropping off trying to read and reply to this.
..when you are feeling stronger please do read the link I have posted for you - it really does help to give you the answers I think you may need at the moment....
Are you converting the T4 into T3 - that could be holding you back too....
I was having a siesta when a text flew in from Airbnb - trying to rest before family arrive this evening - now attending to a booking - so the excitement is keeping me going....but I really could do with a nap in this heat.....been up since before the sun
Take good care....I'm sure these low levels are responsible for some of your poorliness. It's a pity Docs do not attend to the fundamentals of good health - too busy thinking what pill they can give to assist the presenting symptom rather than doing some good detective work to find the cause....
No idea about converting T4 into T3 when I asked GP about testing for T3 she said no need when you are being medicated.
Nonsense - it is more to do with costs ! Has she qualified in mind reading ? How does she know your level of FT3 is good without testing it. Any chance of you having private testing. Also when you read up about Ferritin B12 etc. you will read that T4 does not convert well when the B12 levels etc are LOW. Just another little gem your GP probably doesn't have a clue about. T3 is the Active hormone - T4 is purely storage - and does not do a lot in the body. Every cell in your body has a receptor for both T3 and VitD - another indicator as to how important it is. We have trillions and trillions of cells so that is an awful lot of VitD and T3 - so levels need to be OPTIMAL....so there is enough to go around.
I agree with Marz. Your B12 should be at the very least 900, preferably higher. Your ferritin is to low, it should be at least 70 - 90. Folate needs to be a tad higher at 16.
