Thyroidectomy/thyroid cancer blood tests

I have received a blood test for my six monthly check up at the Oncology/Endocrine Clinic. They are testing for:-

(TF3) TFT3: thyrotoxicosis

(xTFT) Thryoid Function

(TGLB) Thyroglobulin

I will ask them to also check for:-

D3

B12

Ferritin

Folate

Are there any other bloods I should be asking for? (some of my parathyroid glands were accidentally removed during the op' to remove my thyroid)

All opinions welcome.

Thank you

Hi Margo, should calcium be checked too re the parathyroids?

I hope your thyroglobulin remains undetectable :)
