Loo, they may want to see how your pituitary is functioning before prescribing thyroid hormone replacement. As the problem was pituitary and not dysfunctional thyroid things may revert to normal with removal of the tumour. If thyroid hormone is prescribed it is likely to be Levothyroxine (T4) not Liothyronine (T3) and highly unlikely to be NDT which isn't licensed for use in the UK.
Your free T3 4.1 looks a bit low but your free T4 at 19.8 looks good. TSH 0.29 would be considered low normal but it is too soon after removal of your tumour to place any value on that.
