Vitamin D deficient....D2 & D3 results

So I've been told that I am Vit D deficient.

D2 is less than 5 and my D3 is 45.....any advice regarding these and what is needed to correct it?

Sun is by far the best way way to increase D levels but most of us have to rely on a supplement. I have tried many forms of D3. I think an oil based D3 (but not soy oil if you can avoid it) with K2 added is beneficial. I am trying liquid drops right now as I don't seem to absorb it well. K2 helps to place calcium in bones and teeth. (Do not take D2.)
