It would help if you included the lab ref ranges and any medication/doses and supplements you're taking.

Your thyroid result I assume is TSH? If so, it looks high enough to make you feel very unwell, but not necessarily high enough to consider treatment.

B12 looks ok given that the range is usually 190-900. Having said that, serum test is notoriously inaccurate and you may only be utilising 20% in your cells. Mine has doubled to 725 but I intend to continue supplementing until it is higher.

Your vitD is below optimal and your GP should repeat the injection or prescribe a high dose maintenance regime until it is optimal >75.

I think your cholesterol is on the high side and this is consistent with hypothyroidism. Optimal levothyroxine medication would probably bring down your cholesterol.

Haven't a clue about liver enzymes, I'm afraid. Hopefully, someone will post about it.

You would be treated for hypothyroidism in most of Europe and USA with TSH >3. Unfortunately, some GPs won't treat in UK until it is >5 with auto-immune antibodies, or >10 without antibodies.

You can restate your symptoms and request a trial period of Levothyroxine at 75/100mcg. Less than 50mcg may not be worth having as it may inhibit your own production of FT4 leaving you feeling worse.
