TSH is below range but not actually suppressed ie <0.1 which is recommended for ex cancer patients. FT4 is good & high in range where you'd want it to be. FT3 is low in range and you'd probably be more comfortable if it were higher.

VitD is deficient and you should be prescribed a loading dose for 7 days and maintenance dose for up to 3 months or until it is, preferably, high in range. You will need a scrip for high dosing. I was on 40,000iu for 7 days and currently taking 2,000iu subject to my next blood test.

What thyroid meds are you taking and how do you feel? I'm assuming you're hypothyroid. VitD3 will help with fatigue, aching bones and weak muscles. Have you had ferritin, B12 and folate tested? These are often deficient in hypo px.

B12 is low in range so unlikely you'll get a scrip. I use Boost Now B12 spray from Amazon. Tastes gorgeous.
