<0.05 range to be (0.30-6)

T4 14.2 ok
Do I need to go higher or lower on grains does anyone no

The best question is 'how do you feel'. If well your medication is fine. If not so good, you may need a slight increase.
Thanks Shaws I thought that but had a visit to a rheumatologist today who's understudy said "your TSH is very very low that's why you are exhausted", which I still am off & on but feel a lot better in myself since switching from levo to nature throid, maybe I might up 1/2 a grain see how bloods go, doctors don't seem to understand a lot about the thyroid themselves so support is rather inexperienced

Rheumatologist's understudy obviously doesn't understand that the T3 in NDT suppresses TSH and that suppressed TSH is NOT a cause of exhaustion, whereas undermedication is.
