Can anyone recommend (PM) a doctor/endo in the West Midlands or Staffordshire that prescribes ERFA thyroid?

Or a doctor that does not just rely on blood tests? I have an appointment with my GP on Friday and have asked to be referred to someone but think he will not prescribe any more medication until then. I have an endo appointment at my local hospital in April. I don't think that they are fans of Dr S either so I would like to ask to see someone that may help.
