Out of some anxiety I had B12/thyroid blood test at my GP - results normal, but must continue otc Vit BCO, as am vegetarian and would-be athlete (ie wants to be stronger than...)! So regular otc B12 and ferrotin/ferrofosphate - iron - vits seem ok. I am hypothyroid, but this seems par for the course for many. Blood checks 3-6 months.

Have you actually got copies of your test results or are you just taking the word of the GP that they are 'normal'?
