ANKLE ULCER

I have a 7 night holiday coming up in 4 weeks to austria,but have had a ankle ulser which is dressed weekly at my surgery .still some way to go before it heals,any advice or experience.

No i am not thank goodness and my age is 79 again fortunate i do not any tablets except paracetamol just to ease the pain with these 2 ulcers that are close together on the ankle

I had this problem a few times in the same place.I used propolis liquid from the health food shop also on line.

It is a dropper bottle of bee based liquid in a red and yellow package.

I found it excellent and use it for various things. Very good for mouth ulcers etc.

If my little ankle ulcer starts I use it straight away and it heals up.
