hello everyone,

anyone tried colon cleansing pills such as zupoo or colon cleanser plus? I’m thinking of trying to get some relief albeit I go, from constipation to diarrhea with my IBS condition. Thoughts on benefits and risks? I have to do something to get some type of relief it’s unbearable
