Pain

I have a really bad pain, just below my right breast and at the bottom of my rib cage, it is worse when i lay in bed. When i go to turn or get up i can't bear the pain. Can anyone help?

Have you gone to the ER ??

Does the pain come after you eat??

I know way to much about IBS... Going thru a very tough bout right know!! Mine is different though I don't have IBS-D or C , it fluctuates!!

Maybe it's gall stones? I know you can get pain under the ribs with that and it can be uncomfortable when lying down.

It sounds like you have GERD and indigestion. After eating don't lie down for at least an hour.
