Hi!! So for the past 2-3 months, I have not been able to eat or keep anything down. I have lost around 10lbs from constantly throwing up anywhere from 1-2 hours after I eat. It seems as though no matter how much or how little I eat, it always ends up coming back up. I've had no fever during this and my bowel movements seemed pretty normal for me. I talked to my doctor and she ended up giving me a PPI and famotidine to take, which helped at the time, but my symptoms have started to come back again since I finished the meds. Recently, I have been incredibly constipated (about 1 week) despite a normal diet and plenty of water. However, I have been less constipated as of recently, but it has been looking almost very "fuzzy," sometimes with a streak of red (which I assume is blood?) If anyone has any thoughts I would LOVE to listen to them because I do not want to feel like this anymore and want some answers

Nausea and stomach pain

Have you been tested for h plyori? Sibo?
have you had any bowel tests the vomiting etc sounds like gastro parentheses (think that’s how it’s spelt) my friend has that and got very Sick till it was diagnosed and now she is treated for it but it is something a gastro should check it’s due to delayed stomach emptying a prokinetic can help xx
Go back to your gp and get more tests done!
Hi it sounds like gastroparesis cause I have been diagnosed with it . It’s an awful illness.
You need to tell the gastrologist that you have got the symptoms
It is good you have an appointment with a Gastroenterologist, soon, but I do think you need to tell your GP now about the blood in the stool so that possibly more tests can be arranged before you see the Gastroenterologist.
Yes throwing up regularly isn't really an IBS symptom. Ibs can cause some nausea at times though.
get an endoscopy done first after that get calprotein stool test. if blood in stool persists get a sigmodscopy done. dont delay anything act fast and do the needful. best thing to get an appointment for a gastroentorologist surgeon.
