What helps with bloating ? Any advice I would appreciate .

I’m in exactly the same boat. Constant bloating. I have had all kinds of tests.I steer clear of white bread, pasta etc. Buscopan IBS tablets are very good when you feel the bloat start.

I also occasionally take natural water tablets if I get too bloated to flush the excess water.

I exercise regularly and have a fairly good diet, so it gets me down.

Caffeine, dairy and alcohol are also triggers for me, so I consume these in moderation.
