I used to get that a lot when my IBS started in my late 20's. I always considered it to be referred pain from the bowel down the leg.
Hi I get the upper & lower abdominal aches, pian but in leg , I wouldn't worry to.much ...with ibs you can get aches & pian in places you didn't know you had . If you worried speak to.your Gp take care ..Andy
Hi, I'm recently diagnosed with IBS. For about 4 weeks now my left abdomen has been terrible, when I'm active it radiates down my left leg. Can radiate up to my belly button and sometimes all around my belly. I feel bloated, I have horrible gas pains, and I find myself relieve after I poop alot.... sometimes the pain is unbearable and I'm sure my anxiety makes it worse. I find every couple days the pain comes and goes. I feel like it causes nerve pains all over my left side and radiates to my back as well. I plan on trying some dieting techniques bc other than starving I've lost so far. Any help would be so much appreciated. I'm glad I'm not the only one. I thought I was going crazy with how many symptoms I've been feeling.
Lower left abdominal pain is a classic symptom of diverticulitis. Not sure about the thigh thing though
