Can Acid reflux or GERD cause gnawing feeling in the upper middle abdomen?

I have GERD since two years now and recently i am experiencing this hunger pains in my upper middle abdomen, mostly after eating and at night time when i am ready for my bed i feel like i am hungry again and along with it comes grumbling sounds and the acidity heartburn.

What could this gnawing feeling be?

And can this be treated through medications?

Hi there it could be h pylori which can cause ulcers ask to be tested for it x

Could also be gastritis x

When I had that they did a CT scan and found gallstones. If you don't have pain yet, it might be a small amount of stones. I would consider having that checked too. Hopefully you can get it figured out soon.
