Living with severe Ulcerative Colitis

I am going through a severe case of Ulcerative Colitis with the usual bleeding and pain and diarrhea. The fatigue is unbelievable and it rules your life, not being able to do a lot or go out. My GP has given me steroids and enemas etc. So I have just ordered Silicolgel, 500 ml and hope to see some improvement.
