Sore tongue

Hi I recently went to the Er for chest pains,nothing wrong with my heart but blood in my urine despite not having any symptoms . Commenced on nitrofuradantoin for 7 days ,has left my tongue which is normally tender now very sore also the roof of my mouth ! Anyone else suffer like this and have a hypersensitive tongue with IBS even without antibiotics ?

You could have oral thrush which makes your mouth very sore. That can be treated with over the counter meds or contacing your doctor.
