The nausea and bloating I’m feeling is unbearable could it be something else or is it just ibs my stomach is huge can’t see my feet and can’t eat for feeling sick it’s not constant but probably 3 out of 7 days a week my bowels have been pretty good lately just one episode in the last month or so but this nausea and bloating is worse than the bowel problems

Sounds like you are intolerant to dairy/lactose. Try excluding it for a fortnight if no better then try avoiding wheat and yeast. Stay on the low Fodmaps diet. Hope it helps.

I suffer from exactly the same problem. I have been to the doctors and they gave me metaclopromide for the nausea which really seems to be helping. I have also been referred to a gastroenterologist as this has been going on for the past 8 months and getting more frequent.

Like you I feel really sick and bloated so much so I can’t eat for a day then I can only manage a plain biscuit or half a slice of toast for a couple of days due to the pain in my stomach. But the next day I feel so much better but it only lasts a day or so before it all starts again. So I can fully sympathise. My only suggestion is peppermint tea and see your doctor.

Thanks for your reply I've been to the doctors and was referred to a gastro specialist who has recommended an endoscopy not sure how I feel about that let me know how you get on
