I have IBS but have been ok for last two years. A month ago my anxiety went up and triggered off my IBS. I get IBS c and get wind in my stomach and in my bowels and cant seem to pass it. I have been tested for gluten intolerance by y Dr awhile ago and it was negative. I also feel nausea at times when I get the feeling. I also take mebrevine but this seems to create more wind so have cut it back to 1 tablet b4 my main meal. I am getting so stressed its like Im on a treadwheel just going round and round. Any advice would be appreciated. Its just this sick feeling in my stomach. Many thanks.

Apart from avoiding stress, it may be an idea to follow a slight alteration in your diet. I would suggest you avoid alcohol and fizzy drinks, peanuts and sweetcorn, Brussel sprouts and baked beans. Also, you should chew small mouthfuls of food very, very well before swallowing.
How you tried wind-eze or senocalm IBS? They help to pass the wind, I love the senocalm personally
