Had ibs since childhood.abdominal radiotherapy at 55 now 72 . Always mainly ibs d but now ibs c. Daily bad aching pain abdomen back legs plus headache. Often have bad attacks of severe pain faintness and production of lots of poo. Could this be diverticular disease? Stools very narrow. Sand.

If your BMs have changed, you should always check with your GP or GI team to make sure there is nothing serious going on. They are the only ones who can give you an accurate diagnosis.

Also you could ask for a bowel CT and/or MRI scan? This is a low stress non-invasive procedure that could show up potential issues. Good luck.
