Hi all. Please can someone offer me any advice, I wake up with a tender to touch stomach area . I massage it. I follow the Fodmap diet which has made the biggest difference ever. Had ten years of symptoms) less bloating wind and mostly indigestion . I suffer also from silent indigestion,.. I know if I am stressed or over eat ( have stomach hernia) indigestion is worse. I take ranitidine to help ease it but wake up with burning tender stomach next day.. I am so strict with eating and drinking times , takes over your life. I have stared eating resistant starch ( cold potoatoes and brown rice cold) and grass fed butter to help the linings of but.. what more can I do. I take probiotics and have kefir daily. Am I missing something .. 4 weeks ago something stressful happened in my life and I am finding it so hard to get my gut back on track, it is so hard having indigestion etc.. please can anyone suggest anything I feel so upset and fed up with it as I try so hard thank you..

It should be easy for you to get omeprazole from your doc one a day will control indigestion. If you don't want to take this ppi then even gaviscon should help.
