Acid reflux & bloating

Just a vent post... feeling rubbish and fed up!! Feels like it’s always a Friday just in time for getting home,, I’m now suffering with acid.. lovely burning sensation,, making me feel sick and my stomach churning and gurgling,, really starting to grate on my nerves!!! Bless my husband ordered me to lie on the sofa, chill and leave the jobs to him,, don’t know how I’d cope without him,, feel bad for him though because I’m always useless and pathetic when we get to the part of the week we actually get to spend together

I know some days are awful. It's difficult to plan anything and i worry when I'm going anywhere if i need the loo.

Cool hubby you fot, mines good to. Difficult times.
