Hi this may sound silly but the one thing that helps me is a ginger biscuit. I take antacid tablets and still have problems and that does help me. Hope your friend gets sorted.

Hi, she could try wearing travel sickness bands (Seabands), they work on an acupuncture pressure point in the wrist and I find them very good for nausea from both IBS and medications I have to take. Chemists usually stock them, or buy online. As Tweety says, ginger works very well too.
