Pain after urination and increase urine frequency

Hi all,

I have been prescribed to taken levofloxacin 750mg per day for UTI. It's my 4th day and still no signs of improvement. Having frequent urination and pain after passing urine. Can it be also kidney stones?? I am afraid what it is.

Is there a reason why you’ve been given levofloxacin? It’s not the first choice of antibiotic for a uti. Have they done a culture to see what the bacteria is?
