It’s usually either Fybogel & Mebeverine or Fybogel & Buscopan!

Buscopan seems to be more effective for most including me.

My GI Doctor however prefers that I don’t use too much Buscopan when I have cramps as it can slow or stop colon movements & make the constipation worse.
