Left side pain

I was Diagnose wth IBS a few years ago after a CT scan, colonoscopy, endoscopy, breath test, ultrasound of liver, páncreas and all results came back normal. Started taking ActivatedYou Probiotic for half a year and about two months ago I stopped. Was having cramps in the morning before I got out of bed and then will go to the bathroom at least two or three times before heading to work, thought maybe it was the Probiotic. Yesterday I woke up with a pain in my left side, feels like gas pain and it’s not going away.

Has anyone experience anything like this before?
