Hi IBS'ers
I'll start by saying I don't work for Huel...
So i've been drinking this meal replacement drink Huel now for a few weeks, I started it before my FODMAP diet. I was worried I'd have to stop drinking it when I started the FODMAP diet but all the ingredients are FODMAPpable...
It may not be everyones cup of tea but its a really convenient meal that you don't need to worry about, you can get powdered flavour boosters but I've been making my own using dark chocolate powder, cinnamon, brown sugar, coconut, syrup etc etc. The bag I have been getting is the unflavoured/un sweetened one which makes it easier to add your own flave...
I have only tried sweet flavours but you get use it in cooking and baking etc, I'd like to try a FODMAP friendly savoury shake. I also eat the Huel bar after swimming and riding for a protein kick, comes in a couple of flavours and is 100% FODMAP.
Not only is it FODMAP friendly but its nutritionally balanced and contains loads of vitamins and minerals and is UK made cutting down on your carbon footprint. Check out their website for more info and to order etc:-

I've been on FODMAP now for about a week with some mixed results... Huel has been really helpful as FODMAP can be so restrictive...
